This is one of those worst of times posts...I learned something in church today; offense is a double edged sword. One who takes offense is hurt and often one offended will hurt others. Sometimes those caught in the cross fire are innocent bystanders. I saw this to day and it makes me want even more to be slow to take offense. I do not want to hurt, nor do I want to hurt others. Perhaps this is the reason for the Lord's council to be slow to take offense.
