Exploring outside

Glen has loved being outside since he was a newborn. Last summer, even though Glen was only a few months old, if we spent to much time in side he would get fussy. So I would take him outside and he would watch clouds, trees, kids, he loved it. He still does, but this summer he gets to be a part of the playing. One of his favorite places to play is on the trampoline. Whether he is bouncing himself, bouncing with one of us, or just crawling around on the trampoline he thinks it is great. Today he chased a ball around and around the trampoline. He was having so much fun.
We also went out to the front yard to play and Glen discovered grass, rocks, a Frisbee, pine cones, leaves, and stairs. (He started climbing the stairs!)
The pine cone he was playing with was one we found on our walk today. It is gigantic! The pine cone was almost as big as Glen.
I am glad Glen loves to be outside so much, I do too. The park and the mountains are going to be much visited this year.
